Central location
Poitiers (Vienne / Nouvelle-Aquitaine) is 1h30 by high-speed line between Paris and Bordeaux, and 1h30 from La Rochelle by car, 1h10 by plane from Lyon.
Our village Saint Julien l'Ars is located 15 minutes from Poitiers city center and the train station, 20 minutes from Futuroscope and Aquascope, 20 minutes from Terre de Dragons, 30 minutes from the Valley of the Monkeys. Our cottage is ideally located in a small town with all its shops just 10 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by bike.
Fully renovated
We retained the large existing glass roof as well as the beams and we brought back the stone walls while putting in place good thermal and sound insulation, and a rainwater collection tank for the toilets.
Whether you stay at the lodge for two days, a week or more, you will wonder how you managed without us before.
Equipped with everything you need, this vacation rental may be the best memory of your trip.
